Refund policy

Right of return.
You have a 14-day return policy, which means that you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. The return requires that the product is in the same condition as when it was received, has not been used or worn, its product tags have not been removed, and that the product is in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. You can initiate a return by sending us a message at porokoru.com@gmail.com

NOTE!
Some products will be delivered to your home from Europe via the Spocket system. The products will be delivered to your home quickly from European warehouses via the Spocket system, which is why we cannot offer a free return policy. If the return is due to a supplier's error (e.g. defective/damaged product, delivery of the wrong product, etc.), the supplier is responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a customer problem (e.g. ordering the wrong product, customer regret, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return postage, which is 10€. In any case, you have the right to a 14-day return policy in Finland. We regret that we cannot offer a completely free return for products.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, so that we can assess the problem and fix it.

Exceptions / non-returnable products
Some products cannot be returned. These include customized products (such as special orders or personalized products). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product. Gift cards cannot be returned either.

Exchanges.
Our products are shipped from our suppliers in Europe, so we are unable to make product exchanges, the only option is a return.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Unless otherwise stated, you may cancel or return orders shipped to the European Union within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. Such a return requires that the product is in the same condition as when it was received, has not been worn or worn, has not been removed from its tags, and is in its original packaging. Refunds
You will receive a notification from us when your return has been received and inspected. We will also let you know whether we will accept the refund. If your refund is accepted, your money will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and deposit it into your account.
